Your journey begins with your arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam,
where you'll be warmly welcomed by our team and assisted with your transfer to your
accommodation for a relaxing evening in preparation for the adventures ahead.
Day 2Fly from Dar es Salaam to Ruaha National ParkRuaha National Park
After a delicious breakfast, we'll catch a flight from Dar es Salaam to Ruaha National Park
(landing at Msembe Airstrip or Iringa Airport), a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Tanzania.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the vast wilderness of Ruaha as we transfer you to your
luxurious lodge or campsite. Spend the afternoon soaking in the stunning surroundings and
getting acquainted with the unique flora and fauna of the park
Day 3Ruaha National Park -Full Game DriveRuaha River Lodge
Rise with the sun for an exhilarating full-day game drive through the rugged terrain of Ruaha
National Park. Led by experienced guides, venture deep into the wilderness in search of Africa's
iconic Big Five – lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. Marvel at the diversity of
wildlife, from graceful giraffes to elusive cheetahs, as you explore the park's diverse ecosystems and hidden corners
Day 4Ruaha National Park-Hot Air BalloonRuaha National Parks
Get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience as you soar above the savannah aboard a hot air
balloon at sunrise. Drift serenely over the sprawling plains of Ruaha National Park, taking in
panoramic views of the sunrise painting the landscape in hues of gold and orange. Keep your
eyes peeled for wildlife below, as you might spot herds of elephants or prides of lions roaming
the vast expanse of the park from a unique vantage point.
Day 5Departure - Fly from Ruaha National Park to Dar es SalaamJulius Nyerere Airport - Das- es Salaam
After breakfast, bid farewell to the untamed beauty of Ruaha National Park as we transfer you to the airstrip for your flight back to Dar es Salaam. Reflect on your unforgettable adventures and cherished memories as you journey homeward, carrying with you the spirit of Africa's wilderness.
